NUKUTEPIPI
Romain Borie actively contributed to the project in Nukutepipi, with a focus on food autonomy, environmental protection, the creation and maintenance of gardens and green spaces, as well as improving the customer experience.
Design, implementation and development of a strategic sustainable development plan based on the following components:
▪ Food Autonomy: design, development and management of an organic farm on an atoll (orchard, vegetable garden, chicken coop, beehive), recruitment, training, technical assistance
▪ Environmental protection: drafting of biosecurity protocols, water resource management, waste management, faunal and floral inventories of the atoll, control and eradication of animal and plant pests, staff training
▪ Establishment of the gardens and green spaces of the hotel residence, nursery management, landscaping and introduction of ornamental plants
